Description of the service
Nabta Solutions provides cloud management systems (SaaS) for various sectors on a recurring subscription. We may add, change, or discontinue any feature, with prior notice where possible.
Subscription and payment
Subscription fees are paid in advance for the selected term (monthly, yearly, or longer).
Prices may change; any change applies to future renewal periods, not to a period already paid for.
Payments are processed through an external payment gateway, and you are responsible for the accuracy of your payment details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful activity, to infringe the rights of others, to harm the system, or to gain unauthorized access to other customers' data.
Customer data
Your business data remains yours. We retain it for the subscription period and for a limited time afterward to allow retrieval, then delete it.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees for the current period are non-refundable except as required by law.
Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms; the last-updated date appears at the bottom of the page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
